Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got engaged in October after they officially confirmed that they were dating in January. This came as a surprise to most, but they have known each other since 2017 as friends.

In October 2018 was the first time they were seen together. Barker and Alabama said in an interview about them bonding with the Kardashians, “Actually, the other night I had dinner with all of them and they were really sweet,” Barker added, “I told her she had a power dinner. I told Alabama that was a really cool dinner to be a part of.”

September 2018 was when the two sparked dating rumors when they were leaving a restaurant together and seen attending Hillsong’s evening church service together.

In November 2018 the duo grabbed dinner together along Larsa Pippen at Crossroads restaurant in Los Angeles. Later in February 2019 they stepped out for a night in Malibu.

January 2021 the pair sparked more dating rumors after Barker dropped flirty comments beneath Kardashian’s Instagram posts, then later posted shots of their view from Kris Jenner’s Palm Springs home. Later that month they confirmed that Barker and Kardashian are “officially a couple” and “have been dating for a couple of months.”

February 2021 Barker and Kardashian spent their first Valentines together. Later that month the couple became Instagram official.

The couple was spotted in March of 2021 after going on a date in West Hollywood. A source for Us said “Kourtney is so smitten with Travis, and everyone around them loves them as a couple.” Kardashian said I love you shortly after with a handwritten letter signed with a heart. Barker shared the intimate message through Instagram.

The duo dated for several more month, travel, and spending plenty of time together until October 2021 when Barker got down on one knee on the beach at Rosewood Miramar in Santa Barbara, CA. Kardashian confirmed the news on Instagram with a photo that has “Forever” on the post.
