The Davis high swim meet took place on December 17, 2019, at Layton Surf ‘n Swim. Clearfield, Northridge, and Davis all competed at this tournament. The swim meet was a great success! Davis High did a great job beating the other teams. There are many events that you can compete in at swim meets.

“It was fun because it was not a complicated meet. There weren’t many schools involved so it was fun to just swim and not have much pressure,” says Brayden Littlefield a junior on the Davis High swim team.

The swim team has been working extremely hard for their placings in the meet, the team has been practicing multiple times a week, and they have been achieving many of their goals as well as breaking many previous records.

The next meet is the Alumni Meet on December 27th, during the Christmas break. This meet is a very exciting meet because there are also shenanigans going on during the event as well. The swim team will continue to do their best to their abilities and improve themselves to beat their old personal records and keep trying until they can keep improving on their personal bests.
