Why Brother Bear is the Best Movie Ever

The Disney animated film “Brother Bear” is largely underappreciated. This movie is so amazing because it teaches good morals, a heartwarming story, and a lot about forgiveness.

Brother Bear is a story about a man named Kenai, who gets turned into a bear by the spirits. He was turned into a bear because he killed a bear, and the spirits are trying to teach him a lesson. While Kenai is trying to figure out how to change back into a human, he meets a little cub named Koda. They travel together and form a brotherly bond. In the end, Kenai realizes his mistakes and starts making amends.

First of all, Brother Bear shows amazing sibling relationships rather than unrealistic sibling relationships. It shows the teasing and the fighting that comes with having siblings, but it also shows the love between siblings in a way most other movies do not visualize as well. Koda and Kenai also show the relationship of brothers in a realistic way.

This movie shows perspective in a really cool way as well. The humans think of the bears as monsters who try to steal their fish and kill, but the bears think the humans are the monsters. At one point Koda is looking at a picture of humans with spears, and he mentions how scary they are. This forces Kenai to look at everything with a different perspective than he had.

Another amazing thing about Brother Bear is that when Kenai realizes who he killed, he immediately feels bad about it and realizes that what he did was wrong. It shows realization and consequences for his actions. My favorite thing about this movie is that as soon as Kenai realizes what he did, he comes clean about it. In a usual movie this would be kept a secret and then there would be a big blow up about it later. But in this movie, Kenai doesn’t keep a secret and he is open and honest with Koda about his mistake.

The soundtrack for Brother Bear is another big plus of the movie. The music is by Phil Collins, who is a master at this kind of thing. I listen to the soundtrack at least twice a week because it is so good.

This movie also shows forgiveness in a cool way. Koda could have hated Kenai for the rest of his life, but instead he forgives him through the power of love. Forgiveness is hard to do, but Brother Bear shows it beautifully.

The moral of the movie is that love is not weak. It shows even though people think love isn’t considered “manly,” in the end that is what makes someone a person or a “man.” It shows that love makes you strong through the relationships that you make.

In conclusion, Brother Bear is a great movie and one to be watched and appreciated a lot more.
