But contrary to this belief, celebrating Christmas earlier is actually the best wayto get into the holiday spirit, and here’s why.Not only can this argument be won by the countless people who celebrate Christmas inNovember, it can also be scientifically proven. Scientists gathered together and did a study onpeople’s emotional state when they set up for Christmas earlier. Psychologists in the studyconcluded that people who celebrate Christmas earlier are generally happier people. They saythat the Christmas decorations and vibes give people of comfortable sense of nostalgia. Thedecorations boost dopamine, a chemical that makes people happy. People who decorate theirhome communicate friendly and social terms to others. People feel happier, friendlier, andbetter when they celebrate early. So why wouldn’t you want to feel that way too?Like the study discussed above, Christmas itself gives people of sense of nostalgia andgood vibes. Stores like Target and craft storesall around have already set up for Christmas and have put up decorations and gifts for peopleto buy. When you get all of your holiday shopping done early, you can relax during the actualholidays instead of worrying all the time about what you are going to get everyone at the sametime as everyone else. You can listen to Christmas music on your drive when you go giftshopping to get even more in the mood!Christmas is often voted as the most favorite holiday for a reason.
