Best Places to go for Spring Break 2024

Best+Places+to+go+for+Spring+Break+2024
The year is flying by, and spring break is right around the corner. In just a few short weekseveryone will be off school and having fun. Here I have listed some fun places to go over spring break.
Saint George, Utah.Lots of people go to Saint George for their spring breaks. Saint George is a great place if you liketo be outdoors. It is known as the gateway to Zion National Park but is close to other parks as well. There is lots of great hiking in Saint George. The red rock everywhere makes for a great view. If youdon’t love hiking but still want to explore, renting recreational vehicles is a great alternative. You canride four wheelers and razors in Sand Hollow, which is an area full of red sand dunes! There is also abeautiful little lake in Sand Hollow. You can rent jet skis or boats and spend your day on the water. There are even some spots you can cliff jump! You can also just hang out at whatever place you arestaying. Saint George has pretty good weather and spending your time by a pool can be just as fun. A lotof people rent bikes and ride around the town. You can swim, hike, play pickleball, bike, and do a varietyof other things there. If you want to go somewhere that isn’t too far away but is full of activities, St.George might be the place for you!
Newport Beach, California.Newport is a beautiful city on the west coast. Lots of people travel here for spring break. It is agreat place to go if you want to spend your days at the beach. Newport has beach stretching for 10miles. The beaches in Newport aren’t all the same. You can find beaches with rocky reefs perfect fordiving along with your typical beach. If you want to lay out and get a nice tan, the golden sand beachesare a great place to do so. The ocean in Newport is great for those wanting to surf and swim in thewater. There are different places along the beach that have different sized waves, perfect for each stageof surfing. Beginners would do best near the Newport Beach Pier, while professionals will have more funsurfing near 15th and 56th street. Along the beach there is a boardwalk used for strolling, biking, andskating. On the side of this boardwalk there are little boutiques and places to shop along with greatfood. Newport also has a great shopping center, Fashion Island. You will find so many different storeshere. When I’ve been to Newport, I enjoyed riding a bike around and exploring. You will find so manycool places that aren’t well known. Newport beach is a beautiful place to vacation to. If you choose tospend your spring break here, you will not regret it!
MexicoMexico is a gorgeous vacation destination. Mexico is home to many beautiful beaches. Theclimate in Mexico is typically warm and great for spending a day at the beach. There are many differentdestinations you can visit depending on where you are staying. In certain towns the main source oftransportation is biking around which is very fun and good for those who don’t want to drive. There are

lots of other things to do there besides hanging out at the beach all day. There are many tours in Mexico
that give you fun things to do. You can get out of your comfort zone by trying zip lining or parasailing. Ifyou aren’t feeling like an adventure, all-inclusive resorts can be the way to go. You can hang out by thepool all day and eat local cuisine. Another good thing about Mexico is it’s close. Mexico is close to us,and you don’t have to fly to get there. Mexico is also cheaper than a lot of other spring breakdestinations, which is a plus. If you want to get away to a beautiful beach and spend your days in thesun, Mexico is a great place to go!
OregonAll of the locations I have listed above involve laying in the sun or relaxing at the beach. Whilelots of people love that, not everyone does. Oregon is a great alternative for those who don’t love tospend their time in the heat. Oregon is a beautiful state full of great wilderness. Driving a car down theCoastal US Highway 101 while viewing the breathtaking beach is a great way to spend your time. If youdon’t have a car and don’t want to rent one, there are also fun hikes along the coast. Oregon is alsohome to many national parks if you wanted to visit one of those. There are lots of unique places to staypopping up in Oregon. These places are great for those who want to really embrace the nature aroundthem. The rocky beaches, mountains, rivers, and waterfalls are all great reasons why you shouldconsider spending spring break in Oregon this year.
Las VegasLots of people think of Las Vegas as a party city only. While there is lots of gambling andclubbing in Vegas, there is actually a lot more! There are many family friendly things to do in Vegas, suchas tours, museums, and other miscellaneous activities. While it might still be a little cold for a pool inVegas during spring break, swimming is still an option. There is a pool at the Golden Nugget that has awaterslide that passes through a tank full of sharks! The Fun Dungeon at Excalibur is another fun placefor a family to go. There are many cool attractions such as M&M Factory, Hershey’s Chocolate World, and the children’s museum. There are many roller coasters, Ferris wheels, and other adrenaline fullrides. Las Vegas is a great place to vacation as young adults, but you can also do it as a family too!
