2nd Term Outstanding Students

Davis High is a very accomplished school. One of those outstanding recognitions is the amount of outstanding students. For second term, Davis had fifty five students receive this recognition.

Joseph Oldham, one of these honor students, weighs in on what it means to be an outstanding student at Davis High. “Ever since I was a child, I wanted a taste of the glory,” Joseph said.

With so many students, one may wonder what it takes to be an outstanding student. With some hard work and perseverance, it may be easier than it seems.

All you have to do is keep your grades up, and show your teachers that you can work hard and desire to succeed in that area of your schooling (These students are hand-picked by teachers).

It may also be hard to see yourself as an outstanding student, but it may also be easier than you think. To have it simply put, “I think that we’re all outstanding students…except for those who aren’t.” Joseph said. So, just remember, be outstanding!

Just remember that the main thing in achieving the goal of becoming an outstanding student is to remember to work hard and stay focused. Because at Davis High, anything can happen!
