The robotics club at Davis has been extremely successful this year. The robotics club has placed 1st in every competition this year, including the world championship. Senior Isaac Froisland placed first in the world in robotics in the last competition.

Froisland said, “It was surreal, it seemed like I still wasn’t supposed to be finished.”

Froisland has not received any scholarships from winning first in the world championship but “its a great thing to put on applications, resumes, etc. I will be studying engineering at Utah State and [I] will keep studying [robotics] there.”
