On May 14th, students can visit Bomans to get a homemade breakfast and support their school sports teams. Breakfast will be served from 7 -10:30 a.m. Tickets can be purchased in the office beforehand and are $20 for a family of 5.

“You can buy tickets beforehand. We are preselling them here at the school. You can buy the tickets here, or you can pay for it when you come that Saturday morning,” head football coach Tyler Gladwell said.

A portion of purchases made at Bowman’s during the week of May 9-14 will be donated to the school as well. All of the money raised at the fundraiser will go towards renovating the weight room, which is important because many of the athletic teams use the weight room to train.

“The money will be going towards the weight room. It will give us an update anything that we need to update or maintain and try to fix up,” Gladwell said. “We are trying to make it a more fun and better place for our athletes to work as they train for their sport.”

Although this is the first breakfast athletic fundraiser at this school, Gladwell is confident that it will do well.

“This is our first one, and we’re hoping to continue every year. This being our first year at it, we’re not really sure how much money we’ll bring in. We’re just trying to make sure we do a really good job and try to get a lot of support then we’ll try to figure out the numbers from there,” said Gladwell. “ There’s a lot of tradition here at this school with athletics, and so it’s just an opportunity for everyone to donate and help out.”
