Whether college is worth it or not has been a ongoing question for many years. For young people who are graduating such as me, it has been on all our minds. And I believe college is worth it only if you have a set plan for how you can use your degree. College is a very expensive thing and should not be taken lightly. Once you have gone to college there is nothing you can do to get rid of the tuition besides pay it off. That is why the question has risen if whether or not college is worth it. There are many concerns over things such as student debt, tuition costs, and evolving job market dynamics.
Many jobs these days do not require a college degree. But for certain circumstances it is needed or highly recommended. For such professions such as doctors and lawyers a higher degree is needed to succeed. But even if you’re not sure on what job career you want, a college education will still be useful in many ways. I plan to use that degree to get the knowledge on how businesses run and operate so that one day I can own my personal business.
