Boys Basketball played versus The Layton Lancers on Friday the 20. Lancers have been one of the Darts rivals for a long time now, so it’s always a tough game. Darts started out the game on fire, with a 18-8 lead.

Many players came up big all throughout the night. Senior guard, Karter Chisholm led the way with 14 points and two 3-pointers off the bench.

Chisholm has been the spark plug the past couple games, with a 13 point game to lead the Darts to a 57-52 win over the Titans of Syracuse on the 13 of January.

Senior guard Tyson Denney added 9 points with two 3-pointers. Senior Captain Lincoln Holt had a monster game with 10 rebounds.

Davis gets a break until Friday the 27, with a bye on Tuesday, but comes back on Friday the 27 at home vs. The Fremont Silverwolves. The Silverwolves are led by big guy Brock Smith who has been averaging 18.6 points and 9.9 rebounds per game. It’s going to take a lot to stop Smith. Smith has had five games with at least 23 points. Smith also averages 2.1 blocks and 1.9 steals. Smith will be a lot to handle. Big men Jace Johnson and Cole Hally need to step up if the Darts have a chance.
