It was a close game, coming down to the wire. Davis Girls basketball takes the w by 16 points over Woods Cross, proving a gutsy win and a good game to start the season off. It was their first win of the season after 3 games, and this could potentially start them on the right path. The game was dominated from the start of the game, and continued all the way to the end.

Kylee Maybry led the Darts with 13 points and had a great game. All together Davis played a great game and shot well. From the free throw line, they shot 8/12 which is a good mark for the game. Woods cross was shut down most of the game until the 4th quarter, where they scored their most points in a quarter.

Davis held them to 7 points in the first, 4 in the second, and 6 in the 3rd. They were lock down Defense through 3/4 of the game. There first two games of the year were close losses, so it was a good game to get their first win. The final score of the game was 47-31, it was a great all around performance for the Lady Darts.
